Rickie Fowler wasn’t quite able to hold off Patton Kizzire at the US PGA Tour’s OHL Classic at Mayakoba, but he was certainly the best-dressed golfer in Mexico.
Rickie did three things we can all learn from:
1. Slight contrast can be key. By wearing a grey hat instead of a white hat, he provided a smooth transition through his outfit – a stark white cap would have clashed too directly with his stark white trousers.
2. He paired a white belt with white trousers to create a more slimming effect. A belt of any other colour would’ve attracted too much attention to his waist.
3. By wearing a polo and trousers that fit perfectly (the sleeves of his polo stopped midway down his upper arm, and his trousers lightly kissed the top of his shoes), Rickie looked slender and sleek.
By using these three tips you, too, could pull off a look that is both fun and professional at once.
